The Seoul, Hanyang Country Club
The cradle of the Korean Golf
SEOUL Country Club
The club house was first built in 1964, and it was capable of accommodating about 300 people. After going through several remodels, the size of the current clubhouse has expanded to about 50,500 square feet to host the 1986 Asian Games.
The old-fashioned club house, with its long tradition, has been waiting for the day when it will be transformed into a new look over 50 years.
Finally, the plan to build a new clubhouse has been promoted and it is scheduled to proceed in the second half of 2024 after demolishing the current clubhouse.
The new club house will be approximately 99,600 square feet in size, and the club's historicity will be reinterpreted with a state-of-the-art structure. Moreover, the convenience for members will be greatly improved through expansion and leveling of the parking lot.
